The staff was fabulous and helpful. The location was super with a particularly good view of the hills in the distance. Well presented food in the refurbished restaurant nearby.

It was a tidy and wonderful old place with well-equipped and nice-sized rooms. We ate in the lovely restaurant with many reasonably priced dishes. - the service provided was very efficient. - Our experience here was brilliant.

This place is perfectly located next to Old Gate, surrounded by a wide range of restaurants and bars.

Especially helpful stuff who where probably instructed by the manager, brand-new and pet-friendly room. Comfortable beds, magnificent and ideal location in garden for well over checking in time. Besides, excellent for visiting a medieval castle.

This place is conveniently located near Clee Hills and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, making our stay enjoyable and likely to return in the future.

We enjoyed every aspect of this lovely historic and truly stunning hotel. the staff were absolutely courteous and offered a bespoke service. the location was particularly good, just a short walk away from Ludlow Museum.

Fancy and stocked rooms, plus the staff is top-class. Very good service and the food is amazing.

The location is magnificent, 5 minutes' walk to Exhibitions. The double room is newly decorated with bath and slopping floors plus the four poster bedrooms. Would stay here again when in Ludlow, we didn't want to leave.

Our room was recently decorated and had a spacious en suite bathroom. The hotel is situated in a charming old town surrounded by picturesque English countryside.

Friendly staff with plenty of time for you, even though the hotel was busy with a wedding party. Great location and very nice bar food - a really pleasant stay.

It would have been nicer if our room had been in the original part of the hotel not the annex, and the room was incredibly hot when we arrived. Also the car park was a little on the small side

The staff in the restaurant were polite and efficient, and the inclusive breakfast substantial and of good quality. The reception staff were also helpful.

A pub directly opposite my room, at the front of the hotel, has a licence to play loud live music on Fridays and Saturdays from 10pm-midnight, the days of my stay. The ill-fitting secondary glazing was totally innadequate to stop the continual loud and thumping noise.

Comfortable room with air conditioning and smoke detectors for safety. Enjoyed having a jacuzzi 😍.

The Feathers Hotel was very enjoyable, breakfast wonderful and location and rooms excellant. Check out the Tudor Rooms fabulous.
